Ross Cameron is a distinguished day trader known for making significant trading profits from a small investment. He has obtained these gains without serving at any trading firm or on Wall Street. Cameron was brought up in southern Vermont. He graduated from the Dublin School and also studied at Vermont College, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in arts. 

Ross finished school during the Great Recession, so he had to find other ways of making a living. It is why he ventured into day trading. Ross Cameron has established several organizations, including Warrior Trading, which enhanced his day trading experience. 

He launched the day trading chat room in 2014; this chat room offered online classes focusing on stock selection, identification of safe entries, and risk management. Ross Cameron published a book, How to Day Trade, in 2015; in 2017, he financed a small account with $583.15. 

Ross wanted to prove that his strategies for day trading would work well in a tiny account just as they could in a larger account. After 45 days, the $583 in his account multiplied into over $100k. This account had over $300,000 by the end of 2017 (LinkedIn).

Later, Cameron aimed to turn that cash into $1 million. This account reached $1 million in 2019; by the end of 2022, it had made over $10 million. Nearly 10% of these profits were made in one week in February 2021. Today, Ross Cameron continues his classes at Warrior Trading and day trading. Ross enjoys gardening, sailing, and repairing vintage Mercedes diesel engines.
