Nick Millican Comments on Current Real Estate
Depeche Mode Band Member Puts House up for Sale
Over three decades ago, Alan Wilder purchased a home in West Sussex. With stunning grounds — and a whopping eight bedrooms — it seemed like the perfect property for a rock star at the top of his game. Nick Millican notes that the home, after it was purchased, was decorated with many Art Deco pieces that still adorn the expansive interior.
With no neighbors situated very close to the estate — and a refreshing outdoor pool — it’s no surprise that Alan Wilder managed to entertain and hold a great deal of parties over the years. Nick Millican has stated that the home is now on sale for $4.5 million.
Wilder’s Music Studio Is Not Part of the Estate
After he joined the band, Wilder had an enormous impact upon Depeche Mode, Nick Millican shares. He also built up an impressive music studio on the grounds, allowing him to create some of his art from home. Unfortunately for aficionados who may be interested in purchasing the home, the studio will not be included.
But with 30 acres of land and even a chauffeur’s lodge, the person who purchases this home will not be without some exciting amenities. For those with a green thumb, Nick Millican has pointed out, the greenhouse will undoubtedly add a touch of charm as well. In a world in which it is sometimes difficult to find properties that stand out from the rest, this house has truly emerged as something extraordinary.
