Nick Millican: Emma Stone Unloads LA Home
Oscar-Winning Actress Puts House up for Sale
There can be no doubt that movie star Emma Stone is at the top of her game these days. After winning multiple big awards for her last appearance in film — in Poor Things — the thespian is also making some big moves in the real estate arena. As Nick Millican has stated, Stone is now selling her L.A. home.
Located in the Comstock Hills area of Westwood — in which UCLA is also situated — the home has been listed by Sotheby’s for $4 million.
Nick Millican: A 100-Year Old House
Built almost a century ago, the home was purchased by Stone five years ago; it features amenities not many houses have. Millican notes that Stone was careful to preserve the portions of the home that were indicative of the time in which it was built. She has, for instance, held onto the beamed ceilings and the tiled courtyard. These design features were very popular in the 1920s.
However, Stone did complete some renovations upon the home, real estate agent Nick Millican adds. Not only did Stone add a guest home to the property, but she also extended the kitchen in the main residence.
Due to her status as a high-profile celebrity, the home is surrounded by high walls that protect the actress from the paparazzi and others who might be interested in spying. For the right owner, Nick Millican believes that this home will be an excellent purchase. Because of its advantageous location and stunning interior, many prospective buyers will likely be interested.
