The ADF (Alliance Defending Freedom) is the largest and most effective international non-profit law firm, whose dedication is geared toward advancing worldwide religious freedoms (including one’s choice to be without religion).

Christian-based out of the United States, Alliance Defending Freedom has advanced its mission through its roles in 74 Supreme Court victories (notably the overturning of Roe v Wade) and has influenced 30 world-changing victories at the European Court of Human Rights.

Changing Lives

Protecting constitutional rights, with or without the religious overtones, is another strong component of Alliance Defending Freedom. Their Center for Academic Freedom has secured over 400 rulings, protecting students’ rights to free speech all across the United States.

Saving Lives

Protecting the gift and sanctity of life from the earliest possible moment until one’s natural death is one of ADF’s most passionate causes, which reaches much further than the pro-life ideology on which it’s based. One example of these reaches would be fighting on behalf of a veteran’s sister to deny his estranged wife’s wishes to disconnect his life support systems after only 10 days in a coma. Given the chance to live, the man recovered from his accident and walked out of rehabilitation only two months later.

Recognition and Renown

Alliance Defending Freedom is unlike any other non-profit organization. Nearly every cent donated is used to directly forward the cause, earning them very high ratings among donors and critics, alike. ADF is accredited by the UN Economic and Social Council, The European Parliament and Commission, as well as the Organization of American States.

They also hold a seat at the EU’s Fundamental Rights, where they actively engage with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
