Implus Corporation Names Michael Polk as Interim CEO Amid Leadership Transition

appointment of Michael Polk as Interim Chief Executive Officer. This move
follows the departure of Seth Richards and Todd Vore, who have led the company

Michael Polk is renowned for his extensive experience in the
consumer products sector. Before joining Implus, he served as President and CEO
of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. His career also includes executive roles at
Unilever and Kraft, and he began his professional journey at The Procter &
Gamble Company. Polk’s impressive background is further highlighted by his
current positions on the Boards of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive Company and Logitech International. 

In his new role, Michael Polk is expected to leverage his extensive industry knowledge to guide Implus
