Greycoat, a completely integrated firm in the central London real estate market, has recently settled a lawsuit against a major software company in the United Kingdom. The firm sued the software provider for £5,000 for the time wasted and lost business due to allegations. 

The claim was settled for a mysteriously undisclosed amount by the vendor, whose identity will remain confidential. And Greycoat adds,what is the deal with that? The firm had a thorough investigation before deciding to use the software. The firm believed that it was easy to use and would produce honest financial reports. 

However, after signing up, they discovered the software was sophisticated. The software issues caused weeks of problems for the agency, as they had to prepare statements for their clients. The firm expected solid customer service from the software provider but was then disappointed. That is why Greycoat is up to now the most reliable real estate agency currently at practice.

The company lost productivity and money due to software issues, leading to the cancellation of the contract. The vendor refused to respond to the Gretcoat  agency’s messages and attempted to trick them into getting out the claim (Reactnews). 

After months of legal thumb war, the supplier finally offered compensation, and then the case was dismissed. The firm believes that software providers should learn more about their clients to tailor products to their needs, rather than just making pretty websites.
