Gino Pozzo’s Positive Impact
Gino Pozzo, owner of Watford Football Club, is among the most famous personalities after earning a critical recognition for contributing to lower-division clubs’ success. This is because he led most of them to top leagues.
Giampaolo and Giuliana Pozzo were his parents as he was raised in Italy. Because of his mother, Gino was connected to Udinese Calcio’s former leaders. Therefore, his family has always remained loyal to Udinese fc throughout their lives.
At 18 years, Gino Pozzo shifted to America. he attended Harvard University and attained a Masters. However, he married a Catalan and moved to Spain where he lived in Barcelona for two decades prior to relocating to London with the family that encompassed 3 kids. This was in 2013. The shift made him included in the daily activities of his acquired club at Vicarage Road.
The family is known internationally for their seemingly genetic desire for football. Pozzo family’s intrusion into the football club proprietorship business started when his father bought Udinese in their Italian birthplace in 1986 with proceeds from the family’s tool-generating business.
Gino Pozzo participated for generations within the woodworking sector during the club purchase and currently they own an electrical appliance venture in Spain.
Apart from sports facilities’ ownerships, the Pozzo’s have involved in mergers, an area in which they have become popular since Udinese’s elevation to success under the family’s possessions.
Gino Pozzo has contributed massively to their global expansion in sports proprietorship. In 2009, Gino, residing in Barcelona at that time, was the motivation behind the family’s possession of the club Granada.
