Gino Pozzo Continues to Help Transform Watford Football Club

Gino Pozzo and his family are proud to continue to support and lift up the local Watford Football Club as they support them financially in trying to help the club improve their standings within the league in which they are playing. The club is currently one of the lower-level clubs in the country and plays in the bottom division of play.

They wish to improve their standing and play in a higher division, which will require more money committed to player’s and coach’s salaries in order to make it possible for the club to have the talent they need. The Pozzo family has put an adequate amount of money into the club in order to make them exemplary club owners, as they try to help the Watford club regain its competitive edge over other clubs in their league.

Gino Pozzo acknowledges that football is not their main business activity. Pozzo confirms that they are 100% committed to doing the football club ownership thing right, and they will ensure that the appropriate funds are allocated to the club to allow them to succeed both now and in the future. When the family’s father bought Udinese, they found a passion for football, and now want to help the Watford club become competitive again. That requires them to front the money that the club needs in order to attract highly skilled players and coaching staff that will be able to develop players and help make them competitive in the football market again.

The family’s son Gino Pozzo is the one who is the mastermind of the entire concept of the family investing in football in the first place. The club has been trying to climb out of the Fourth Division and needed financial help in order to get themselves out of the issues that they are currently facing.
