Diogo Corona Believes In A Holistic Approach To Fitness
Diogo Corona was a student at São Paulo’s Insper Institute of Education and Research when he joined Smart Fit as an administrative intern. After graduating with a business degree in 2010, Corona continued working for Smart Fit. In 2016, they made him COO.
As COO, Corona oversees the companies in Peru, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia and the Dominican Republic. His daily tasks include the expansion of Smart Fit and financial planning. In 2019, he became the CEO of Total Pass.
Total Pass is a corporate wellness platform where members have mental and physical benefits. Clients can plug into online programs and enjoy on-site opportunities. During the pandemic, they expanded the mental health aspects of the program to meet clientele needs.
Diogo Corona believes in exercise and not only because he is in the business. However, many people do not have the foresight to see the benefits of exercising. Corona believes that exercising is not only good for the body but for mental health, too. He advises people to start at an early age. Over time, it becomes more of a habit or part of a healthy routine, not something to dread. Corona finds routines are a necessary part of life.
Corona’s routine is at the stem of his productivity. He believes in the power of consistency to channel his energy into work. His routine allows him to be completely present at work. Even outside of work, he thinks about work because he enjoys what he does.
