A Look at the Life of Day Trader Ross Cameron
Ross Cameron doesn’t consider himself an entrepreneur, and prefers to be called a day trader. The financial mentor grew up in Vermont, but got tired of the nine-to-five life. He moved to New York City after college graduation, and then he decided to move back to Vermont.
His path to day trading started when he learned about a great-uncle who had success with the stock market. His school conducted a class on stock trading, which included them making a trip to New York City. But the career of Ross Cameron as an expert trader, was just beginning.
He had several jobs during summer breaks, such as a pottery teacher’s assistant and lawn mowing, that weren’t high-paying, but good experiences. Cameron funded his first account with $1,000 dollars, investing in the stocks of companies he knew (Daytradingz).
Ross Cameron went to college in 2003 to become a ceramics teacher and worked at a gas station where he learned mechanical work. The trading expert adds that his main inspiration for entering the stock trading world came from a friend who had success with penny stocks.
He published online courses to help novice day traders avoid the mistakes he made and help them create a trading strategy. Ross Cameron´s hobbies include tennis, mountain biking, and classic cars when he isn’t teaching day trading. Cameron and his two sons also started to make maple syrup at home and has a website dedicated to classic cars.
