After a roughly last few years thanks to covid-19, a lot of people are just starting to really return to some semblance of normalcy. One of those normal aspects was making a return to gyms. Although some people are still maintaining a combination of methods for their personal workout routines.

A lot of people are establishing some days at the gym and using digital platform workout videos to continue their workouts at home. Because thanks to being stuck at home, people were reminded once again of the positives to at home fitness. Not that unlike eras where fitness tapes ruled our VCRs.

One of the digital platforms out there that has really been born from the pandemic era is the Athlo platform. After launching it has largely become the next fitness unicorn. Gyms and trainers love the platform for being a place to share exercises and learn more about physical fitness.

Athlo has taken steps to become one of the platforms to help people find new gyms to frequent and use gym class workouts to get fit at home. This is different from other platforms. A lot of people are doing a combination of workouts, where they use a gym sometimes and at home workouts. The flexibility is important to people after living through a global wide pandemic.

The Athlo founder is the forward thinking, Matthew Mansell. The platform was his brain child after he closely observed the cultural shifts around fitness and how people stay fit during a pandemic. He rationalized the uptick trend in Digital Fitness options like Peloton would begin to branch off into more flexible options. Sooner or later people would begin to show interest again in gyms and visiting the gym, but also find the need to have the flexibility of workouts at home. His platform allows people to find gyms and workouts. The platform gives the flex in flexibility.
