Tom Keane is Microsoft’s corporate vice president for the Windows Phone team. He has been with the company since 2003 when he joined as a software engineer on the Office team. Tom leads product management and engineering efforts across all platforms, including Windows Phone, Xbox One, Surface, HoloLens, and IoT devices. 

Before this role, Tom was responsible for developing Windows 8.1, which included introducing new features such as Continuum, Universal Apps, and the Start screen.
